He was predeceased by: his siblings, Frank Magliato and Carol Snow. He is survived by: his wife Dorothea; his grandchildren, David, Paul (Dawn), Nicholas (Jenifer), Dr. Kathy Magliato (Nicholas Nissen, MD) and Nancy Jensen (Mark); and his great grandchildren, Brittni Ballister, Tenea Keeffe, Bryant Jensen, Eric, Emme Magliato, Paul (PJ), Samantha Magliato, Ben, Gabriel Nissen, Nicholas, Christopher Heminway and Matthew. He is also survived by five children.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nick's memory to Hudson Valley Hospice or a favorite charity of your choice.
