She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Meurant and Elizabeth Lucas Meurant; and her brothers, Fred Meurant and Robert Meurant. She is survived by: her children, Linda Thompson (Jeffrey), Michael Murray, Sharon Campbell, Daniel P. Murray and Kathryn Theobald (Todd); her grandchildren, Michael Giammarco, Alexa Murray, Michael Murray, Krystal Gallagher, Amber Newman, Megan Plapp and Grant Theobald; and her brothers, Paul Lucas (Lea) and John Meurant (Patricia). She is also survived by her eight great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in memory of Lorraine may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
