He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Waite and Herbert Waite; his stepmother Linda Carl; and his siblings, Frank Waite, Herb Waite and Becky Waite.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Waite (Diane), Linda Stull (Peter), Jim Waite (Karla) and Mike Waite. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nephews.
