She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Zgrodek, Sr. and Rosetta Weygant; her son Michael J. Canosa; and her brother Chas Zgrodek. She is survived by: her husband Michael M. Canosa; her daughter Malissa Canosa; her siblings, Joseph Zgrodek and Rosemarie Laverty; and her grandchildren, Michala Canosa, Ayda Canosa, Robert Bowen and Marley Bowen.

Donations to help defray funeral expenses for Kathleen will be greatly appreciated by the family.
