He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Osborne and Theresa Barry Osborne; his stepparents, Florence Osborne and Paul Kessling; and his siblings, William D. Osborne, James Osborne, Nancy Wolfe and Mary-Ellen Angelone.
He is survived by: his sister Susan Palmatier (Bruce); and his brother-in-law Hugh Wolfe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
