He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Douglas Decker and Lena Decker; his grandparents, Lena and Andrew Tompkins; his fiancée Judith Mayle; his pets, Lily, Tallulah and Zeus; his wife Mary Decker; his sister Patricia Forrestal; his children, Harry Decker Jr. (Jess King), Michael Decker, James Purpura (Concetta), Bethany Decker (Jason Meyer) and Sarah Decker; his grandchildren, Tiana Decker (Jacob), Joel and Jayden Garcia; his great grandchild Theodore Matthew; his brother Douglas Decker; and his nephew Douglas Decker. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Harry's name to the Plattekill Fire Department or the National Down Syndrome Society.
