He is survived by: his children, Angela Fraasch (Brian) of Washington, Rebecca Hardy of Arizona and Frank Brown, Jr. of Arizona; and his siblings, Susan VanOrnum (Richard) of New York and Robert T. Brown (Judy) of Massachusetts. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
