It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward C. Flurschutz in Highland, New York, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on November 4, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn E. Flurschutz and Flossie Flurschutz (Langdon); his wife Lois Sweet; his granddaughter Stacie Flurschutz; his son-in-law Glenn "Skip" Stuck; and his brother Paul Flurschutz.
He is survived by: his children, John E. Flurschutz (Carol) of Wellsville, Kay M. McCulloch (Michael) of Wellsville and Daniel C. Flurschutz (Cynthia) of Wellsville; his grandchildren, Katie Weir (Sam), Sarah VanDyke (Josh), Eric Stuck (Ashley), Gregory Flurschutz, Timothy Flurschutz (Jessie), Kyle Flurschutz and Ian Flurschutz (Logan); and his brother Ronald Flurschutz (Roxanne) of Rochester. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
