She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Mae Craig and Thomas Joseph Phillips; her husband William M. Gruner; her daughter Gail Helen Gruner; her son-in-law Kristen Thogersen; and her siblings, Thomas, James, Peter, William and Shirley DeMaio.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joan, Pam, Ellen, Lau, Gwen, Joseph and Eileen; her great grandchild Freya; her sons-in-law, Edgar and Joe; her great grandchild Ophelia; her sisters, Marie Letterii (Dom), Peg and Linda; her sister-in-law Barbara; and her godchildren, Lisa and Patrick. She is also survived by daughters and son in law.
