He is survived by: his wife Nancy Moreland Ballagh; his children, Elaine Catherine Ballagh of Switzerland and Jeffery William Ballagh (Jessica) of Central Square; his stepdaughters, Kristen Iles of Syracuse and Sarah Iles Harner (Thomas) of Penfield; his grandchildren, Elliana Ballagh, Ben Ballagh, Jack Harner, Andrew Harner and Owen Iles-Kehoe; his siblings, Thomas M. Ballagh (Mary), Gerald A. Ballagh (Michelle) and Amy Kay Peterson (George); and his sister-in-law Marilyn A. Ballagh. He is also survived by friends.
