He was predeceased by: his father Norman Chaffee; and his siblings, Robert Chaffee and Denise Malstrom. He is survived by: his mother Florence Chaffee; his wife Lorraine Chaffee; his sons, Anthony (Tiffany), Shayne (Kiersten) and Eric; his granddaughters, Alina, Madison and Mackenzie; and his siblings, Pam Vizzini (Mike), Lori Ann Pozzuoli, Andrew Chaffee (Patty) and Wayne Chaffee (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
