Bixby; his children, Keith Cline of Black Creek, Kevin Cline of Belfast and Lauren Thibdeau (Michael) of Vermont; his sisters, Delnore Case (Michael) of Scio and Dawn Palmer (Roy) of Belmont; and his stepsiblings, Brenda Porter (Rob), Tracy Brooks (Drew), Charles Bliven, Jr. and Kenneth Bliven (Ellen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
