It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol S. Coots in Highland, New York, born in Olean, New York, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Schubmehl and Ruth Schubmehl (Lander); her husband Eldon H. Coots; and her brother John Schubmehl. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Odell (Glenn) and Amy Hoffower (Dan); her sister Donna Ayers (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Scott Odell (Bobbi), Brittany Driesbach, Brooke Milligan (Craig), John Odell (Carrie), Katelyn Hoffower (Austin) and Mitchell Hoffower (Sammi). She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
