We bid farewell to Anne C. Recio in Highland, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 2, 2025 at the age of 95. Anne touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew (Louise Hinz) and Saskatchewan; her husband Joaquin "Joe" Jose Recio; and her siblings, Albert, Margaret, Marie, Leo, Conrad, Harry, Joseph, Lawrence, Wilfred, Edwin, Evelyn, Sr., Denise and Agnes.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Recio, Susan Walters (Scott), Denise Cruttenden (Robert), Jeanette Haupt (Peter) and Colleen Jorolemon (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Katherine, Daniel, Mitchell Recio, Andrew Walters, Jacob, Ashton Cruttenden, Alyssa, Katarina Haupt, Jared and Jaclyn Jorolemon; and her sisters, Lillian Rose Hinz and Louise Hinz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church of Wellsville (36 Maple Ave, Wellsville, NY 14895). A Mass was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
