She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony William Monaco, Jr. and Mary Flanagan Monaco; her husband Hugh J. O'Connor Jr.; her son Hugh Anthony O'Connor; and her sister Katherine Ann "Tina" Monaco.
She is survived by: her children, Bridget O'Connor of New York, NY and Matthew O'Connor (Victoria) of Ridgefield, CT; her daughter-in-law Anita Williams; her grandchildren, Victoria, Samantha Parker, Benjamin and Caitlyn O'Connor; and her siblings, Mary Margaret, Anthony, James, Lawrence, Christa and David. She is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews.
