Marine Corps; his wife Carol DeMaria McNeil; his children, Neil McNeil of Los Angeles, CA, Jennifer Hanley (Brian) of Staten Island, NY, Katlyn Balslov (Kevin) of Warwick, NY and Brianne McNeil of Highland Mills, NY; his grandchildren, Brian, Taylor and Kevin; and his sister Camille Tortorella. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
