He was predeceased by: his parents, Emiliano Matos and Carmen Candelario Matos. He is survived by: his children, Jose A. Matos of New Windsor, NY, DianaLisa Matos of Cottekill, NY and Sandra Matos of Rome, NY; and his sister Carmen Doris Rams of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
