He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin L. Steinke and Luella V. Vollmer Steinke. He is survived by: his wife Oliva; his children, Wayne Steinke (Kathy) of Connersville, IN, Thomas Steinke of Highland Falls, NY and Christine Manupelli (Dale) of Highland Falls, NY; his siblings, Roger, Alan, Marilyn Madison, Laurie Miller and Judith Cassler; and his grandchildren, Paige and Brett.
