He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton G. Wood and Agnes T. Ernest Wood. He is survived by: his children, George L. Wood of Belle Plaine, John Wood (Jennifer) of Davidson, NC, Wanda Pool (Wesley) of Anniston, Loretta Bacon (Stephen) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Dora Maher (Bryan) of Fort Montgomery, NY. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and nieces & nephews.
