He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregory Wares and Frances Wares (Byrnes); his wife Murial C. Wares; his brother Francis Wares; and his grandson Charlie Birrittieri.
He is survived by: his children, Charles A. Wares (Claire) of White Plains, NY, Cathy Feliciano (Joe) of Fort Montgomery, NY and Carol Wares of North Carolina; his brother Michael Wares of Bronx, NY; and his grandchildren, Kelly, Kasey and Charles Michael. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
