He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Hines and Mary Hines; his wife Judith; his brothers, James and William; and his son Charles.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Poundstone (James) of Lizette, Georgia, Kevin Hines (Robyn Doroski) of Fishkill, NY, Kathleen Welch of Cookesville, TN and Amanda Albertson of High Falls, NY.; and his nephew Fred Harries Sr.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
