She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James D. Greene (Jimmy); her children, Michael (Katie), Kaitlyn (Matt) and Brian (Kim); her grandchildren, Erin, Claire, Grace, Maura, James, Margaret, Lillian, Cassandra and Bridget; her parents, Ellen Tolan and Matthew Tolan; and her siblings, Matthew, Ellen, Joseph, Thomas, Christopher and Edward.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Homes - Hicksville (47 Jerusalem Ave, Hicksville, NY 11801). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mercy R. C. Church (520 S Oyster Bay Rd, Hicksville, NY 11801).
In lieu of flowers the family believes a donation to the families fundraiser for the Luries Children's Hospital Cardiac Care Unit would honor Kathleens memory and her beloved heart angel.
