He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee and Elizabeth Lee; and his brothers, William (Kay), Joseph (Virginia) and Robert.

He is survived by: his wife Frances Madeline (Sezle); his children, Barbara Lamberti (Danny) of Hicksville, NY, Kathleen Rice (Brian) of Hicksville, NY, Kevin (Elizabeth) of Hicksville, NY and Kenneth (Karen) of East Hampton, CT.; his grandchildren, Jessica, Cynthia, Amanda, Melora, Ashley, Kyle, Gretchen and Caden; and his brother Phillip (Margaret) of New Hampshire. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas F Dalton F. H. (47 Jerusalem Ave, Hicksville, NY 11801). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Holy Family R. C. Church (5 Fordham Ave, Hicksville, NY 11801). A burial was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at the Long Island National Cemetery (2040 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
