He is survived by: his parents, Frank Boccio and Roberta Boccio; his wife Lisa Palmer; his children, Christina Muscarella (Joseph), Frank Boccio Jr. (Emily), Nicole Boccio (Jared Walker), Stephen McDonald, Shannon Hoke (James Hoke) and Nicholas McDonald (Megan); and his grandson Lorenzo Frank Muscarella (Dylan Hoke).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Homes (125 W Old Country Rd, Hicksville, NY 11801). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society and the ASPCA (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
