With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evan Michael Kennedy (Hicksville, New York), who passed away on November 11, 2024 at the age of 30. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Gail Kennedy and Padriac Kennedy; his brother Dylan Kennedy; his sister-in-law Trish; his grandmother Katie; his aunts and uncles, Catherine, Anne, Siobhan, Evelyn, Frank, Francis, Paul and Fergal; his cousins, Kathryn, Conor, Shane, Keith, Ciara, Clodagh, Tara, Gemma, Kyle, Liane, Kayla and Callum; and his godfather Gerard Coughlan. He is also survived by aunties, uncles, second cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Homes (125 W Old Country Rd, Hicksville, NY 11801). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church (3100 Hempstead Tpke, Levittown, NY 11756).

Additional: In honor of Evan Michael Kennedy, to carry his memory forward, instead of (or in addition to) flowers, please send donations to the organizations and camps that cared for Evan throughout his life; these organizations have provided care for those with special needs throughout his life and brought him joy.
