He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. Foultz and Edith E. Foultz (Breitbeck); and his brother Karl Foultz. He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Foultz of Heuvelton, NY; his brother Chuck Foultz of Oswego, NY; his children, Kimberly Bell (Mike) of Ogdensburg, NY and Christopher Foultz (Tania) of Henrico, VA.; his grandchildren, Garrett Bell, Madison and Braeden Foultz; and his stepgrandchildren, Dylan and Violet Stark.
