He was predeceased by: his daughters, Darla Jane Perry and Deborah J. Schofell; his siblings, Wanda Seguin, Florence Perry, Eunice Fielding, Beulah Fields, Frances Ashley, Betty Lou Perry, Lucy Salton, Leslie Perry and Lloyd J. Holmes; his parents, George H. Perry and Doris Holmes Perry; and his wife Doris Wright.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Perry (Debra) of Heuvelton, NY and Harlow Perry, Jr. of Ogdensburg, NY; and his siblings, Ileen Arquitt of Winthrop, NY and Allen Perry (Deborah) of Euless, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
