The memory of Sandra C. Tulip of Hermon, New York, who passed away on April 23, 2025, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Tulip and Josephine Tulip (Russell); and her brother-in-law Larry LaParr. She is survived by: her siblings, Gary Tulip (Donda), Keith Tulip (Paula), Anne Hanley (Lynn), John Tulip, Linda LaParr, Debbie Rixon (Jeff) and Theodore Tulip Jr. (Tasha). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the French Family Funeral Home (4159 State Rte 3, Star Lake, NY 13690). A Mass will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Hubert's Catholic Church (1046 Oswegatchie Trail Rd, Star Lake, NY 13690).
