She was predeceased by: her parents, Mychajlo Zuk and Melania Kudluk Zuk; and her siblings, Mary Clapper and Steven Zuk. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Marilyn Zuk Brookman (Lou) of Herkimer; her nephews, Nathaniel (Macaul Zuk) and Jonathan (Sarah Zuk); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Liam Zuk, Avery Zuk, Cole Zuk and Sonja Zuk; her cousins, Vera and John Juliano; and her close friends, Linda Maneen and Darlene Cancelino.
