She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Smith and Edith Hellen Smith; her husband George R. Fredericks; her daughter JoAnn Coghlan; her son-in-law Fred Wheeler; and her grandsons, Mat Fredericks and David Coghlan.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Fredericks (Alanna) of Herkimer, NY, Diane Spranger (Alfred) of Cleveland, NY, Andrew Fredericks (Cindy) of Canajoharie, NY, MaryAnn Crain (William) of Los Molinos, CA and Susanne Wheeler of Bradenton, FL.. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
