It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald R. Young of Herkimer, New York, born in Tupper Lake, New York, who passed away on October 7, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Young and Helen Young (Duso). He is survived by: his wife Norma Laymon; his children, Steven Scott (Pamela Laymonof Venice), Kevin Laymon (Susan), Carol Naugle (John) and Kristen McManus (David) of East Herkimer; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Christopher, Bummer, Janice, Colleen, Pam, Travis, Brittany, Kyle, Sierra and Kelsey. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
