He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lowell and Stella Lowell (Tarbox); and his siblings, Charles, Marion Taylor, Edna Reitz, Pearl Swart and Betty Boyer.
He is survived by: his wife Artleta; his children, Stephen (Deborah) of Gulf Breeze, FL, Nancy Baker (Bernard) of East Herkimer, Scott (Sylvia) of East Herkimer, Kevin of Herkimer and David of Herkimer; and his siblings, James, Frances Castella and Ellen Palmenterie. He is also survived by grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
