He is survived by: his children, Richard M. Hilts Jr. (Vicki) of Salisbury, Jennifer Goldstein (Dan) of Fairfield, Jill Clark (Dennis) of Mohawk, Robin Hilts of Little Falls and Tammy Mosher of Ilion, One; and his brother-in-law Wayne Reitz (Prapia). He is also survived by his many friends and family especially his cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren.
