She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Thomann and Bertha Thomann; her children, John Werczynski (June), Cynthia Werczynski, Jane Brennan (Matt) and James Werczynski (Gina); her brothers, Chris and Richard Thomann (Diane); her goddaughter Susan Constantine; her siblings, Evelyn Thomann, Shirley Constantine (Anthony) and John "Jack" Thomann; her siblings-in-law, Jenny Rudnick (Walt), Helen Hoyt, Katherine Owens (Raymond), Vincent, Edward and Stanley Werczynski (Delores); and her nephews, John Owens and John Werczynski. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren & great grandchildren.

For the last 30 years Pat has struggled with progressive Parkinson's disease.
