He is survived by: his parents, Richard Fredericks and Alanna Fredericks (Perrino); his children, Kayleigh and Dante Fredericks; his wife Linley Bingham; his brother Jonathan; his sister-in-law Tracy Fredericks; his nieces, Sally Anne, Sophia Fredericks and Claire Duckworth; his grandmother Rosalie Fredericks; his aunts and uncles, John (Marybeth Perrino), Joanne Coghlan, Diane (Al Spranger), Andy (Cindy Fredericks), Mary Ann Crain (Will) and Suzanne Wheeler (Fred); his mother-in-law Anne Grassette-Harvey; his stepmother-in-law Dale; his siblings-in-law, Caitlin, Krista Bingham and Tom Rastani; his brother Andrew Bingham; and his sister-in-law Sarah Nuckolls.
