She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Testa and Mary Testa (Piscione); her brother Fred Testa; her nephew Tony Riente; and her in-laws, Julia Carnevale (Louis), Dolores Vivacqua (Carl) and Anthony Thomas.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Thomas; her sons, Dr. John Thomas and Nicholas Thomas; her sister Carol Riente (John); her sister-in-law JoAnn Testa; and her nieces, Angie Wiliczka and Dolores Brashear.
