He is survived by: his wife Nadine; his children, Martin "Butch" Benedict, Jr. (Jennifer) of Mohawk, James Benedict (Jennifer) of Virginia and Lindsey Benedict of Herkimer; his brothers, Todd (Amanda Delgado) of Orlando, FL and Steve (Randi) of Lincolnton, NC.; his sister-in-law Denise Schlosser (Charles); his niece Danielle of Boca Raton, FL.; his nephew Jason Foti; his grandsons, Chase Benedict, Lincoln Howe and Jason Benedict of Virginia; his nephew Tim Benedict; and also Mike Howe of Herkimer. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
