It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen E. Penree of Herkimer, New York, born in Albany, New York, who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Flansburg and Kathleen Smith Flansburg; and her stepbrother Jeffrey Candella. She is survived by: her husband William; her daughter Jennifer Penree of Liverpool; her grandson Aiden Penree; her siblings, Scott Flansburg of Herkimer, Randy Flansburg (Christine) of Pawleys Island, SC and Cindy Wiederholt (Ronald) of Bellbrook, OH; and her stepsiblings, Mike Can, Debbie Jacquays (James) of Ilion and Melissa Candella of Utica. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
