He was predeceased by: his parents, Etson Collins and Linda Collins (Keyes); and his friend Harry Enea. He is survived by: his wife Melodyann Hailston of Anthony's Church; his close friend Jimmy Castellano; and his children, Devin, Teresa, Kenzie and Kendell. He is also survived by his 5 sisters; his 1 brother.
