He was predeceased by: his father John, Sr.; his grandparents, Gary, Helen Bernier and John Brzyszcz; and his uncle John Bersani.
He is survived by: his mother Eve Bernier (Bersani); his siblings, Zachary, Jacob, Sr. and Megan; his daughter Riley; the mother of his child Bethany Masi; his daughter Tylianna; his close friend Felicia Jiminez; his niece Leah; his grandmother Angelina Fergone; his uncle Dominick Bersani; his aunt Christine Schultz; and also Jacob, Jr..
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home (4309 Acme Rd, Ilion, NY 13357).
His helpful nature continued beyond his life on earth as he went on to save six other lives through organ donation.
