He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Franco and Virginia Franco (Polidini); his siblings, Rita Cassella (Pop), Raymond (Olga), Edward, Joseph and Thomas Franco; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Franco, Rose Marie Franco and Sheila Mineo.
He is survived by: his wife Roseann Mineo of Herkimer; his son John T. Franco of Herkimer; his siblings, Mary Franco of Herkimer, Rocco Franco of Manlius and Peter Franco of New Hartford; and his in-laws, Anne Franco, Joseph, Mary Corapi and Jack Mineo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
