He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Hayes and Beverly Hayes (Kress); and his cousin Linda. He is survived by: his children, Jacob (Jamie) of Rome, Sarah (Rich) of Bridgeport and Rebecca (Jason) of Marcy; his grandchildren, Kadyn, Tyler, Michael, Hailey, Hunter, Matthew, Gianna, Jason Jr. and Caterina; his sisters, Susan and Colleen; and his caregiver Kyle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
