It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Lytwynec of Herkimer, New York, born in Mohawk, New York, who passed away on August 18, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Hext and Inez Hext (Dyer); her siblings, Donald Hext, Marion Helmer, Norma Harper and Ann Sohns; and her husband William Mlinar.
She is survived by: her former husband Joseph Lytwynec; her children, William (Michele Mlinar), Peter (Lisa Mlinar), Jennifer Mulready (Sean) of Boston, MA and Susan Mlinar of Mohawk; her grandchildren, Neil, Olivia Mlinar of Herkimer, Nicole Thomas (Fred) of Mohawk, Michael Mlinar (Caitlynn Riesel) of Ilion and Luke Mulready of Boston, MA; and her great grandchildren, Edward Mlinar, Riley, Mason Lowery of Ilion and Harper Thomas. She is also survived by many nieces nephews and one very special friend.
