She is survived by: her children, James Lewis (Janet) of Mechanicville, Diane DesJardins (Ronald) of Mohawk and Julie Lewis of Mohawk; her grandchildren, Matthew, Emily, Keagan, Makiah, Brinlee and Ava; and her brother Leroy Tarbox. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
