We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2021, at the age of 78, James Lawrence Kelley Jr. (Herkimer, New York), born in Utica, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lawrence and Annabele Schrauger Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Key; his children, Michael Kelley (Tina) of Dry Ridge, KY, Cynthia Countryman (Adrian Scott) of Fredericksburg, VA, Timothy Kelley (Heather) of Newport, NC, Brian Kelley (Christina) of Ilion, Kevin Kelley and Judy Foster (Michael) of Richfield Springs; and his siblings, William Kelley of Rome, Leo Kelley of Rome, Laurita Kelley of Syracuse and Margaret Stade of Geneseo. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren several nieces, nephews and cousins.
