He is survived by: his daughters, Ginger Ford of Herkimer, Diedra Hoffman of Texas and Elizabeth Ford of Texas; his grandchildren, Macie, Kaylee, Cora and Gunner; his siblings, Sharon Purpura (Vincent) of Croghan and Orville Ford of Herkimer; and his wife Lynne Gage. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
