He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Jessica Ouellette; and his siblings, Victoria, Mary, Alice, Manny, Louis, Tony and Joseph.

He is survived by: his close friend Pauline; his wife Pauline; his children, Stella Walrath (Everett) of Dolgeville, Frank Souza (Rose) of Frankfort, George Souza (Kristina) of St, Johnsville and Mark Souza (Terri) of Ephratah; his grandchildren, Jennifer Fraiser (Jeff), Justine Lewis (Aaron), Jonathan Souza, Timothy Ouellette, Nicholas Souza, Joshua Souza and Rebecca Souza; and his great grandchildren, Aron, Andrew, Adalyn, Ella and Lincoln. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
