She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Baylor and Mabel Smith Baylor; her husband William C. Phillips; and her sister Rose Hargrove. She is survived by: her sons, William Phillips, Jr. (Margaret) of Utica and Bradley Phillips (Penny) of Poland; her sisters, Dolly Fikes (Rod) of Mohawk and Pamela McGivern (Frank) of South Dakota; her grandchildren, William J. Phillips (Ivy), Rebecca Fambrough (David), Rachael Phillips (Philip MacLeod), Brian March, Jeffrey Near, Ryan Sullvan (Sara) and Paige Sullivan; her pets, Zoey, Mack and Sylvester; and her caregiver Linda Colangelo. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
