She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Fay and Mary Fay (Phillips); her siblings, John Fay and Mary May; her granddaughter Jessica Marie Lary; and her great grandchild Edward Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Johnson (family: Robert, Sabine Johnson, Ronald, Pat Johnson); and her daughters, Dena (Bill Lary), Elizabeth "Gina" (Kenneth Rando) and Erin (Christopher Bohler). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
