He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Milo and Margaret Hane Fenner; his wife Mary Ellen; and his sister Ruth Hane Sporer. He is survived by: his brother Bradford J. Fenner (Joanne); his children, Andrew C. Fenner of Cerrillos, NM, Peter H. Fenner (Jennifer) and Cynthia F. Staley (David) of Springfield Center; his grandsons, Spencer E. Staley (Genevieve Woodhead) of Reno, NV, James G. Fenner (Kristin), Charles P. Fenner of Austin, TX and David M. Fenner of Cincinnati, OH; and his great grandchild Oliver James Fenner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
